Portraits

I finally got around to taking some nice portraits of Sweet Pea and Little Man in the beautiful ice-cream-themed outfits my mom smocked for their first birthday.  The babies were less-than-cooperative, though, so I used their name trains as a cute prop and to keep them distracted.  It kind of worked (although I had to blur out their names -- that's what the weird areas on the bottom of some of the pictures are):

The one and only decent solo shot of Little Man.  I swear, he has a sixth sense for when I plan to take pictures.  This is the second time he's woken up in a horrible mood on the day I've planned pictures!

Of course, nothing gets done around here without Miss CC insisting on getting involved.  She ran to get her own name train and pose for me.  I love this age!

I'd never thought of these name trains as being a great picture prop before, but I really love them!  They were birth gifts from the kids' Grandma and Grandpa, and the trains have had lots of use.
