Cookiepalooza

Well, maybe "cookiepalooza" is a stretch.  But, according to CC, we made "yotsa gookies!"  It was a batch of sugar cookies, thanks to my bestie Kris, who had sent us "Christmas cookies in a box": cookie cutters, spoons, sprinkles, and a recipe.  Combined with some cookie cutters MJ's grandmother gave me several years ago, we were all set.

MJ was the helpful photographer.  And cookie-taster.

Cookie-making wouldn't be complete without sneaking a little dough.
And getting flour all over the place.

Success!  And sprinkles: WAY easier than frosting!

After the first tray had cooled, MJ gave pieces to Sweet Pea and Little Man.  Sweet Pea put it in her mouth, chewed slowly for a few seconds, turned to MJ with a deadpan face and silently made the sign for "more."  LOL!
