18-Month Appointment

Sweet Pea and Little Man had their 18-month checkup today, and everything went well.  I just can't believe they're a year and a half already!

They did well, and the pediatrician was very happy. By the numbers:

Sweet Pea weighs 19 lbs 3 oz, which is 10th percentile. Frankly, I'm surprised it's not more, considering how much her appetite has increased in the last few months. Her height is 28.75 inches, which is 0 percentile. Should that be 0th? 0st? Who knows? Sweet Pea is short. But hey, her head circumference is 48 cm, which is 90th percentile,  so that makes up for it.

Little Man is short too (like all Morrisons, apparently), at 31 inches and 11th percentile. But like CC, he makes up for it in weight: 24 lbs 4 oz, which is 53rd percentile. Yay for big tummies and chunky thighs! We love fat rolls around here, and there are plenty to admire.  His head circumference is also 48 cm, but on a boy that is only 69th percentile.

As always, I thank God for healthy babies.

And yes, we got snow today.  As CC says, "YOTSA snow" is coming tomorrow, so stay tuned!
