Early Christmas

Last weekend, we hosted my side of the family for an early Christmas celebration. It was everything Christmas is supposed to be: exciting, chaotic, joyful, and full of love.

We had a great time sharing gifts and great food. We even got a much-needed updated family picture!

Unfortunately CC wasn't feeling well, and was either upstairs in bed or resting on the couch for the entire day. She rallied briefly to take pictures and open her gifts, then after donning her bride's dress-up gown she returned to the couch. Poor thing -- of all days to be sick!
