Ornament Making

Last week we took the kids to one of those decorate-your-own-pottery places, and we made Christmas ornaments. It was really fun! They each picked out their own ornaments and paint colors, and got to work designing their masterpieces.

CC did the angel. Little Man did the Santa hat and beard. And Sweet Pea did the Christmas tree (okay, I painted white over the Santa and tree, just so we could tell what they were).

I picked them up from the shop a week later, after they'd been glazed, and I love them! The colors are deeper and the glaze gives them a really nice look. They will decorate our tree forever!
