Last weekend we had our first Easter Egg hunt of 2018, right here in our neighborhood. There was a great turnout, and best of all, we just had to grab our baskets and wander down the street to meet everyone.
This year the Morrison trio was definitely some of the bigger kids at the hunt, so they were done finding their allotted 10 eggs in about 30 seconds. Then they plopped down in the middle of the street, oohed and aahed over each candy or toy they opened, and ate all the candy immediately.
What did the grownups do? Enjoy mimosas and a brief ray of sunshine.
