There was a big party to celebrate all the summer birthdays. Since it's a TK class, there are a lot of summer birthdays! Twelve, to be precise -- more than half the class! The kids shared pizza, fruit, popsicles and a cookie cake.
With the end of Sweet Pea and Little Man's era at the preschool, came our family's end there too. This is a big deal -- it's been a huge part of our life for the last 4 years. Each year I was more involved: as a room mom, as a substitute, as a member of the board. We made many friends there, and I'm sure we will stay in touch for quite a while with many of them. But we're all ready for the next chapter! And stepping down from the board will allow me to be more involved with the elementary school. Onward to Kindergarten! Starting next year, all three Morrison kids will be at the same school for the first time ever. Wahoo!
