Eye Appointments

Sweet Pea and Little Man had their first appointments with the ophthalmologist last week. CC goes once per year ever since she had her glasses, and although the twins have never failed a school vision screening, CC's doctor recommended to me that I get them checked out in kindergarten.

Praise the Lord, their vision is within normal limits and they don't need glasses (yet). CC had her annual exam at the same time and fortunately doesn't need glasses either (yet).

Almost three hours later, with three squinty, dilated children in tow, and very little patience left, I emerged from the clinic with instructions to come back next year. It will take me that long to build up the courage to bring them all back!
