Gymnastics Meet

Mother's Day weekend was a busy one! It started on Saturday when the kids participated in their gymnastics meet. The meet was just for fun, but the kids have been working hard on their routines for a while now, and were proud to show them off.

As in competition, CC and Sweet Pea did the female events: floor, vault, beam, and uneven bars. Little Man did the men's events: floor, vault, rings, bar and parallel bars.

They had a great time, and we loved watching them!

Afterwards they each got a medal and a goodie bag. CC and Sweet Pea want to continue with gymnastics next year, while Little Man wants to try something new -- martial arts. "I get to fight? Yes. Let's do that." Oh boy.
