Lil' Campers

Last week, all three kids got to pick a camp to go to. Little Man picked ninja warrior camp for the second year in a row, with a bunch of neighbors and friends. But Sweet Pea and CC decided to go to mermaid camp. And although they were a little disappointed (there was no swimming! At mermaid camp!), they still had fun.

One of the special activities was dressing up each day. One day was patriotic, where all the kids wore red, white and blue. Another day was team spirit, where each kid wore cloths to celebrate their favorite sports team. Another day was Twin Day:

"People won't understand, Mommy," said Sweet Pea that morning. "I am a twin, but I'm dressing like CC, and she's not my twin!"

CC also enjoyed 80s day. This was the best costume we could cobble together that morning. And frankly, I'm pretty proud of myself.
