Playing with Johnny

Alice's grandson, Johnny, just turned one and is so adorable and happy! So we jumped at the chance to play with him one day last week.

They each picked out a (large) toy to entertain Johnny, ones that made sounds and/or lit up. Little Man brought his beloved Genie, Sweet Pea brought her robotic dog, and CC brought her Hatchimal. Johnny was thrilled at all the toys, attention, and faces focused on him.

We even got to feed him lunch! 

CC was the most focused on him. Sweet Pea thought Johnny was pretty cool, but she also liked exploring and playing with all his toys. Little Man was happy to show off his Genie, but almost immediately he retreated to a couch to play with the Genie himself. Alice and I agreed that CC has the makings of a good future babysitter!
