Life Lately

We're trucking along over here, still keeping safe at home. We have a nice routine to our summer days: piano lessons, a little bit of screen time, lots of free play, weekly outings somewhere new, occasional trips to the pool, weekend walks with Grandma and Grandpa. 

Legos continue to be Little Man's activity of choice. 

Sweet Pea loves to help me in the kitchen. Amber is never far away!

CC painted a lovely picture of herself (top) with her three favorite princesses (Elsa, Jasmine, and Ariel). Notice they're all wearing masks. CC was quick to point out that all the masks are color-coordinated with their outfits, naturally.

Our school district has announced that we will continue virtual learning when the new school year starts next month. Not a big surprise, of course, and I absolutely support their reasons. But I am not looking forward to homeschooling again!
