This week, Sweet Pea was promoted to the next level of gymnastics! We were so surprised -- she's only been on the competition team for two months, and (thanks to Covid), there haven't even been any meets yet.
We are so proud of her! She's a very hard worker and is so excited to be with "the big girls." My only disappointment is that due to Covid, no one is allowed in the gym except for gymnasts and staff, so I can't watch her work on any of her skills.
The meet season is usually in the fall, but they've shortened it to just four meets, and they'll all be in 2021. Until then, she'll be at the gym -- 12 hours a week -- perfecting her routines.
