Double Cheer

Sometimes I feel like our whole life lately has been about cheerleading! Sweet Pea's been having so much fun with her school cheer squad, that when the local high school cheerleaders offered a 2-day clinic and cheering at a high school basketball game, she jumped at the chance!

Most of her squad from school signed up, too. And CC joined in to boot, so I had two spunky little spitfires cheering their hearts out.

There were a hundred girls there, but fortunately CC was right behind Sweet Pea in the formation, so it was easy for me to see them both.

They had a great time! They loved working with the big high school girls, and both of them want to attend the football clinic next fall. CC is even talking about trying out for the middle school cheerleading team next year.
