We started the season with a bang last weekend, defeating Navy 50-10 in Ireland (Notre Dame plays there roughly every 10 years, usually against Navy). It was a great start, and hopefully they will continue their good play against Purdue this afternoon.
We started the day right this morning by going out to breakfast. With the exception of Little Man fussing the entire time and CC "entertaining" everyone at the restaurant with her shrieking, it went well. Ha! (Restaurants love us.)
When we came home, CC helped MJ whip up a batch of Game Day Chili, which smells wonderful and will spend the rest of the day simmering in the crock pot. Yum!
