We can "lock" the dispenser so she wouldn't be able to get any water, but so far she asks permission before using it. It's a nice arrangement. (And please disregard all the streaks and fingerprints on the fridge!)

CC is big enough to help herself to our water dispenser! She's very proud of this skill, and insists on filling Sweet Pea and Little Man's sippy cups.
