Honor Society

Yesterday, CC was inducted into the National Elementary Honor Society! She was thrilled, after making the requisite grades and filling out an application that rivaled college applications (listing leadership roles, responsibilities in her life, character references, community service projects ...).

We had a lovely ceremony on the soccer field behind her school, and the whole family was in attendance, plus Grandma! CC loved it. She even took a picture with two of her favorite teachers:

We're so proud of her! And Sweet Pea and Little Man are already betting that they'll make it into NEHS when they're eligible, too. I love it!
