This year, we continued one of our favorite traditions: making Christmas cookies with Grandma! One at a time, the kids had their "date" with Grandma, to spend some time with her and Grandpa while they made some delicious treats.
All three kids picked the same kinds of cookies they've made in the past. I think they've settled onto "their" cookies and won't change their minds!
This year, it was Little Man's turn to go first. He made spritz cookies with a press, which he happily called a "cookie gun."
Sweet Pea went the following weekend, making jam thumbprints.
And CC went the next day, making her favorite: molasses cookies.
Grandma sent them all home with plenty of samples of the cookies they made, so we could all enjoy the fruits of their labor!
