It was a fabulous day today, celebrating MJ! He even took the afternoon off work, so he and I could have a lunch date and spend some non-kid time together. And today was fortunately free from any evening activities, so once the kids got home from school we could all pamper him together.
Dinner was lasagna, of course, and lemon bars in lieu of cake. We watched Big Trouble in Little China (one of MJ's favorites), listened to Irish folk music (another favorite), and played Star Wars: Battlefront II. It was a nice evening, kids' antics aside, and I hope he felt all the love!
