Sweet Pea and Little Man went to an overnight camp with their 5th grade class this fall. It's a tradition at our elementary school, but CC wasn't able to do it due to Covid. I'm so glad the school is back to doing this trip, because it's not only fun, but team-building for the class.
They did archery, survival, learned about local plants and animals, ate way too much junk, and stayed up late making s'mores and goofing around with their friends. I wasn't able to chaperone, because MJ was traveling for work and I couldn't leave CC alone. But I lived vicariously through the pictures other chaperones sent me during the trip. Cheers for mom friends!
