Nantucket

This summer, Sweet Pea was invited to join her friend Charlie's family for a few days at their summer home in Nantucket. It was the first time any of the kids had ever flown without me or MJ, but Sweet Pea wasn't nervous at all. She was so excited!

On the way there, she flew with Charlie's dad, who was joining the family a little late. Another family from here was visiting as well, and Sweet Pea flew home with their oldest daughter, Elizabeth, who is in college.

They played on the beach, rode bikes all over, shopped in the cute little downtown area, ate tons of ice cream, and watched movies and played games back at the house. As her souvenir, she purchased a Nantucket sweatshirt, which she now wears constantly and repeats how much she loves it.

Sweet Pea can't stop talking about the trip, and I'm so grateful to Charlie's family for inviting her!
