CC loves them! But this is the first food we've let her try to feed herself, and she definitely has a long way to go. She can grab cheerios in her fists, and bring her fists to her mouth, but she can't seem to get the knack of releasing the cheerios from her hands in order to eat them.
Lately she seems to have given up. Now she just plays with the cheerios, moving them around her tray and occasionally banging on the tray to make them all jump around. When she wants to eat one, she opens her mouth and stares at us until we get the message! She's turning into a mini Cleopatra: in a few years, she'll be lounging back on her bed while expecting us to fan her and drop grapes into her mouth.
