Visiting Family

Recently my younger brother Patrick and his family moved to within just 30 minutes of us!  It's so nice to have them close by, and we're looking forward to spending lots of time with them.

We kicked it off this afternoon, when my entire family got together at Patrick and Karen's new place.  We got to ooh and aah over their house, and Patrick cooked us all a delicious brunch.  CC, of course, had a blast with her cousins around, lots of new toys to play with, and plenty of adults cooing over her.  That's not even counting the food!

We took the opportunity to get a picture of all three kids wearing outfits that my mom smocked for them:

And since the Army is about to send Patrick away for a month, we took the opportunity to take a family picture while we were all together.

Three cheers for family, especially so close to us!
