Girlishness

I admit it, I was never a "girlie" girl.  I didn't play with dolls, and I've never really liked the color pink.  So it's no surprise that CC shows no interest in girlie things.  Still, I'm encouraging her.  I think it would be nice for her to have at least a little bit of femininity!

Today was the first time, in months of trying, that I've gotten CC to accept a headband (even though it was only for a few minutes).  Maybe she'll get more and more used to it until she finally forgets it's there?  She doesn't have enough hair to put ponytails or braids in, or even little barrettes.  So headbands it is, for the near future anyway.
