Renovation Week 20

Another productive week!

Outside, the gutters were installed, and the white trim was (partially) painted. I love how crisp it looks against the gray! The recent extreme heat has prevented them from finishing it, but it should be done this week.

Inside, the hallway ceiling was re-configured so that there's only one HVAC air intake vent (a much cleaner look that I'm happy about):

MJ's TV was wall-mounted and is functional again (MJ is pretty happy about that):

The new double vanity was installed in the hall bathroom. It will be SO much easier to get all the kids ready for bed with two sinks! The walls are painted a fun turquoise color. The plumbing is connected; the toilet is in place and working; the sink and tub faucets are installed. Now we just need to finish the cosmetic touches, like the mirror, the accessories, a few touch-ups, etc.

I've ordered wall art to decorate the bathroom, and I'm excited about the theme: bubbles!
