Slime Spree

Earlier this week, we made slime at home, and it was pretty cool, I have to admit. I'd seen a recipe online that looked too awesome to bypass, so we tackled it one afternoon.

It came together easily enough, and the texture was deliciously slimy. The possibilities are endless: we chose to add glitter and blue food coloring. Downsides: it stuck to clothing like crazy, turned their hands blue, and unfortunately oozed in between all the planks of my table top. Messy! But I still might keep this project in my back pocket for a rainy day.

(Sweet Pea was napping late that day, but even when she woke up, she didn't want to have anything to do with the slime!)
