Happy Birthday, Dane!

Last weekend, we got together to celebrate Dane's 7th birthday. Seven! It's crazy to think that he's already seven -- which means that CC will be too, before we know it!

He requested a cookie cake, so my mom made the biggest one I've ever seen, decorated with Halloween candy molds. Afterwards, the cousins played in the bounce house (which they're almost too big for -- especially now that they're not toddlers anymore -- but they still had fun).

Favors were small pumpkins with face-decorating kits. Sweet Pea, Little Man and CC had a great time putting them together, and the results are adorable. Vampire: Little Man. Witch: CC. Bat: Sweet Pea.

It was also the first time the whole family has been together since my dad started his hike back in April. How special to be together again!
