We had a wonderful, warm Christmas full of laughter and love. What more could I ask for? Grandma and Grandpa were here, as was Uncle Brien, so the house and our hearts were full.
MJ and I had it easy this year -- no massive gifts to maneuver, nothing to assemble. And with Grandma and Grandpa to help, the chaos was easily managed. There were Legos galore -- everyone had multiple sets to work on. Little Man received quite a few football-themed gifts, including this set of "Football Guys" that he roped everyone into playing with him. He's a rampant cheater, so he "won" every game, and there was a lot of hilarity involved.
Grandpa got his fill of tackling and wrestling, because Little Man can't resist any provocation.
Our gift to the kids was a Wii gaming system. So we have spent the last few days playing a lot of bowling, boxing, baseball and tennis. Amber was a little confused by all the hubbub, but the kids love it. Even Brien took a turn!
