Pool Parties

Miss Alice asked if the kids still wanted to have pool parties as their birthday gift from her this year, or if they were done with those and would prefer a typical, wrapped present. The answer was a resounding YES! They love their annual pool parties and look forward to them all summer.

Alice and John re-surfaced their pool earlier this year, with all new tiles. It's beautiful! Like a brand-new pool. 

Sweet Pea went first, and begged to have more friends than usual. Alice very kindly allowed her to have six, because she knew they would be well-behaved (and she and I would be there to supervise).

CC only wanted three attendees: Clara, Vanessa, and Scarlett. She would have loved for Patricia to attend as well, but Patricia and her parents were scuba diving in Mexico. But the four of them had a great time!

Little Man waited until school was just about to start before he had his pool party, because his friend Sage is always traveling during the summer. He also invited Brennan, of course! Brennan has been a constant and sweet friend since preschool.

We are so thankful for Miss Alice and her generosity! These are such amazing childhood memories our kids will treasure always.
