In honor of the big game, Sweet Pea got it in her head that she wanted to create a charcuterie stadium. She'd seen an idea online and decided to make her own version. She holed up in the garage for most of the day, enlisting Joni's support, and I'm surprised the two of them didn't freeze solid.
Over the course of the afternoon, several episodes of Stranger Things, and almost all the cardboard from our recycling bin, they came up with this. I was pretty impressed!
They filled it with an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, and chips. The "field" was guacamole, with slivers of string cheese for the yard lines. And that was our dinner for the Superbowl!
