Precious baby Hayden was baptized last weekend in a beautiful Mass. Unfortunately no photography was allowed during the ceremony, but we were able to get a family shot afterwards:
My brother Patrick wasn't able to attend, since he's been sent away for the summer by the Army. (We gathered two weeks ago to bid farewell to him, but more on that in another post.)
Poor Hayden was not feeling well on her special day, having caught a nasty stomach bug that has been going around. Susan had it too, and had to cancel the party originally scheduled after Mass. The timing couldn't have been worse, and we felt so bad for them.
But I was lucky enough to see Susan and the kids this week, since they're feeling better. MJ is traveling on business until Friday, so I'm at my parents' with CC, Sweet Pea, and Little Man. Yay for spending extra time with family, and yay for having extra hands to help with the kids!
