Pulling Up!

After coming so close for almost a month, Sweet Pea finally managed to pull herself up to a standing position this morning.  Fortunately she held it long enough for me to run and get my camera!

She looks awfully proud of herself, doesn't she?

She's been pulling up on my fingers and arms for weeks now, so I'm not sure why it took her so long to figure out that other things work just as well: like the baby gate installed at the bottom of our stairs.

Next step: cruising along furniture.  Watch out, world!
