Not one thing happened on the renovation this week. The carpeting still has not arrived. But I am refusing to let it get me down, because I am at the beach, and it is physically impossible to be upset at the beach. Right?!
My contractor tells me that when we get home, the entire project will be almost done. The last bit of interior demo and reframing complete, CC's furniture relocated to her new room, the guest room connected to the new bathroom, the old bathroom demo'd and ready for the new vanity and tile, etc. So I'm focusing on that. Deep, cleansing breaths. I am at the beach.
