Last night, CC carefully set out her entire outfit for this morning, down to her socks and shoes. She was already fully dressed by 7, when she's allowed to come out of her room.
And as if this day isn't momentous enough, she woke up with a loose tooth. This girl has to stop growing so fast!
This morning, as we walked her to her new classroom, she was all smiles. No hint of nerves. She couldn't wait to tell her teacher about her loose tooth (and confirm that it won't get lost if it falls out at school).
I'm excited to hear all about her first day. I'm sure she had a blast! Because of the staggered entry for kindergarteners, she won't go again until Friday. It'll be perfect for her to have a few days to process everything that happened today before starting in earnest.
