Visiting with Memere

This weekend we had Memere over to celebrate an early Mother's Day. She spent Friday afternoon with Sweet Pea and Little Man (they got to skip naps -- a rare treat), and took CC to ballet. She gave me and MJ a date night on Saturday, then we all went to Mass and brunch on Sunday. It was a lovely weekend, and such a nice few days with my mom!

She didn't even blink an eye when Sweet Pea threw a massive tantrum on Saturday morning. Because who is willing to overlook a child's bad behavior more than a grandmother? (Sweet Pea's fit was due to me running a quick errand without her. God forbid I leave her side.)
