Last weekend Pepere and MJ took CC camping. It was a Morrison first, and they had a great time! Despite pouring rain all Saturday morning, they benefited from nice, cool(ish) weather.
The highlight of the trip was renting a boat on Saturday afternoon. CC was a little nervous about steering the boat herself, but eventually she guided it under a bridge (mostly) by herself.
What did I do with Sweet Pea and Little Man? Hung out with Memere, of course! We even got to see Uncle Jon, Aunt Susan, Dane and Hayden. We went to a museum together, and made s'mores that night.
Now Sweet Pea and Little Man want their turns camping! And MJ and I are thinking maybe we'll try it with all three kids one weekend.
