CC has very strong cheese-loving genes, so it stands to reason she would love cheese. I cut it into little pieces and let Miss Independent feed herself, of course, which is exactly how she likes it.
I was particularly happy that CC liked this cheese, because all I had in the house was extra-sharp New York cheddar. But she loved it, which leads me to believe that CC might take after her cousin Anna. There isn't a cheese in the world sharp enough for Anna!
