Just Sayin'

Dealing with health insurance companies when you have twins is no laughing matter.  I am constantly on the phone, trying to correct mistakes and remind everyone that there are two babies, which means there will be two bills for every appointment, so please don't deny one as a "duplicate bill" without double-checking names.

But today took the cake.  I received a bill from the pediatric urologist who performed Little Man's circumcision, telling me that payment for the procedure had been denied by our insurance company because "the patient is the wrong gender."

Are they saying that Little Man is a girl? 
Or that they circumcized Sweet Pea?

Clearly more phone calls are in order.
