Last week, Little Man's summer bucket list was completed: he had his friend Brennan over for a sleepover. Hanging out with Brennan is literally the only thing Little Man wanted to do this summer, and I was happy to make it happen.
First we went to Miss Alice's pool for his pool party. The kids swam, had diving competitions, played Captain on her huge blue float, and ate themselves silly with lunch and cupcakes.
Afterwards, we came home for showers, pizza, a movie (Rogue One), and the sleepover. The boys were shockingly well behaved, and fast asleep by 8:30. As I told his mom the next day, Brennan is welcome over here anytime!
We are so blessed to have such good friends and neighbors! All three kids felt very special to have their own pool party and sleepover to celebrate their birthdays.
