Big News

As I mentioned before, my brother Patrick has been sent away for the summer by the Army.  So before he left, he and his wife Karen invited us to their house for a cookout.  The evening was especially nice since my extended family has not all been together since last Thanksgiving.

I love this family shot.  All fifteen of us, together and full of love.

That's right, I said FIFTEEN.

Karen is pregnant!  And this is how they broke the news:

When MJ and I arrived at their house, everyone else was already there, and in all the happy chaos it took me about 10 minutes to notice Bryson's shirt.
